Many pieces can be customised with different colours, beads, charms or gemstones. If you have something specific in mind, simply get in touch before placing your order and I’ll happily discuss the possibilities with you.

Because every piece is handmade, there may be slight variations in bead placement, gemstones, wire wrapping or natural materials.

These small difference make every piece beautifully unique while still maintaining the overall design.

Ready-made items are usually dispatched within 2-5 business days.

To get the most out of your jewellery:

• Avoid water, perfume and lotions

• Remove before swimming, showering or exercising

• Store in a cool, dry place

• Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing

• Keep away from prolonged sunlight and moisture

While every pieces is carefully packaged, if your order arrives damaged please contact me within 48 hours of receiving it and include photos of both the item and the packaging.

Because many items are handmade or customised, change-of-mind returns may not be accepted.
