Many RJ Collective pieces feature genuine gemstones.

Because they’re naturally formed, each stone has its own colours, patterns and inclusions.

These natural variations are part of their beauty and mean your jewellery is truly one-of-a-kind.

All ear hooks and studs are made using hypoallergenic stainless steel unless otherwise stated.

While these materials are suitable for most people with sensitive ears, individual sensitivities can vary.

Some charms, spacers and findings are gold, rose gold, silver or dark silver plated.

Like all plated jewellery, the finish will naturally soften over time depending on how often it’s worn and how it’s cared for.

Proper care will help preserve the finish for as long as possible.

Some collections feature resin or acrylic elements.

These are lightweight, durable and comfortable to wear, however they can become scratched if stored loosely with other jewellery.

We recommend storing them separately or in the pouch provided.

Please remember that jewellery is delicate by nature.

Because customised jewellery is made specifically for you, these pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
